Weddings and parties are not allowed without prior approval of Cotton Gin management. Unauthorized group events, smoking in rooms, or having pets in rooms, as well as any damage caused to rental units will result in additional charges at the discretion of management.

Rates are based on one to six guests, additional guest are $25 per person per night. Twelve guests maximum.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelations must be made at least ten days prior to scheduled date of arrival or full lodging charges will apply. All billing is done ten days prior to arrival.
